Overview

A global smart home automation provider struggled to diagnose intermittent device connectivity issues across a growing fleet of IoT devices. Device monitoring and cloud monitoring operated in silos, making it difficult to connect device-level failures with backend performance issues. As a result, root cause analysis was slow, alerts lacked context, and customer-facing offline events were difficult to resolve quickly.

TechWish addressed this challenge with an AIOps solution built around ATLAS, Argus, and Merlin. The solution correlated connectivity signals, backend telemetry, and operational logs to identify patterns across devices and cloud services. This gave engineering teams faster visibility into likely root causes, reduced noise, and improved response time for connectivity-related incidents.
