Overview
A large enterprise had thousands of contracts and pricing files spread across projects and business units. Important details such as pricing, milestones, contract value, and other commercial terms were buried in PDFs and spreadsheets. The formats were inconsistent, which made manual review slow and hard to scale.
Leadership did not have a centralized view of the data inside these documents. The information existed, but it was locked inside complex files and still required heavy manual review before it could be used for reporting or analysis.
TechWish addressed this challenge with an ATLAS-powered solution. ATLAS is TechWish’s home-grown platform and can be tailored to different organizational needs and use cases. For this project, it used AI-driven extraction to identify the required business data from contract documents and pricing workbooks, then stored the output in a structured format for reporting, analysis, and operational use.
